Cozy Lakehouse on Marble Lake

At the end of a private neighborhood, this lakehouse is very private and sits on 4 lots. It is lakefront property with lots of character. It is surrounded by woods. You'll have access to a huge screened-in porch, all non-motorized boats, a big dock, and the entire house. There is a private sandy beach area on the side of the house for your use as well. We also have a small beachy area on the side of the house we where kids can play and swim. You are very much surrounded by nature when you stay at our home. Guest access the entire house Other things to note If you do not care for dogs or other animals, please, please do not rent our place. We are dog friendly, and many of our guests bring their dogs with them to the house. The TV in the house works using an antenna. There is also a "smart" DVD player. But if it were up to us, you should get out and enjoy the outdoors and each other instead of watching TV! We also have Wifi so you can use Netflix, etc if you would like. This is a lakehouse/cabin. It is surrounded by forest and nature. Just like any other home such as this, there may be spiders and other insects that find their way into the home and as much as we do our best to make sure its as clean as possible, spiders are known to spin webs overnight. There is no air conditioning. Most of the time it is comfortable in the house because of the lake, but a few times when it is really warm out it can be warm in the house. We have plenty of fans throughout the house just in case.
