Sunset Beach on Treasure Island - Walk to the fun!

It's just 3 houses from the white sandy beach with dining, nightlife & public transportation you can walk to. Good for couples, singles, or business travelers. Old Fla style tropical decor. Couple say they find the unit a very romantic setting. Wall mounted flat screen TV on swing arm to watch from sitting area or king bed. (Wi-fi, too) Extra lg bathroom + lg walk-in closet keeps your luggage and purchases out of the way. Very convenient 24 hr 7-11 just 1 min. walk away on quiet 1 lane streets. The space This is not your cookie-cutter vacation rental. Many of the furnishings are beautiful old family antiques, giving it a very unique "Old Florida" look and feel that is becoming harder and harder to find these days. There is top quality bedding on the king size bed and it's wonderful comfort level is something my guests comment on most. Guest access The unit is completely private, with it's own foyer and entrance. There is outdoor seating both in front, not far from your door, as well as a deck area behind the house with outdoor furniture that guests are also welcome to use. There are also a few beach chairs, sand pails and coolers back there you are also welcome to use. Most guests have told me they find this to be a totally perfect beach location, convenient to everything. Many have not even bothered with a rental car! Other things to note I try to provide little detail items that I hope will make my guests visit a little nicer that also might enhance a romantic evening, such as crystal wine glasses (in addition to regular glassware and tumblers).
