About a 12 minute drive downtown to Blacksburg and 15 minutes to Radford. Loft consists of 1 King, 1 Full, 2 twins, and 2 (3/4) Fulls. Additional room (no window) with Full bed, nightstand and lamp. Pack and play and extra twin bed available if needed. WiFi is included. Enjoy the back yard with a fire pit, "Swurfer" Swing and Hot tub. (Often Shared by possible guests at the main house.) *Please see Extra charge for hot tub and indoor wood stove. *Price includes 2 guests. There is a $30 charge, per night, for each additional overnight guest. If you put in the correct amount of guests at booking it should display the correct price. Guest access Guests will have access to whole guest house which is situated on driveway near Main house. Side/back yard is equipped with a hot tub, (shared with main house) fire pit, eating area and grill. Feel free to use however please clean grill and never leave fire unattended. Main house is also available to rent if additional room is needed! Please be considerate of possible guests next door. ***Because of recent damage and disrespect there is an additional $25 charge for the use of the hot tub and/or the woodstove. Please arrange payment with Amanda before using these extra amenities. Thank you for your consideration. Other things to note Wood Stove is Available with wood outside. Please follow instructions on table near stove. Unfortunately because of damage and mis use, an additional $25 is added for the use of the stove to ensure proper care. * Pets allowed per basis as discussed with host. Pets need to stay downstairs and off the furniture. Expect a $50 charge per pet and possible additional charges for longer stays.
