There is 1 single bed 1 double bed and one queen size bed. In the second bedroom there is a memory foam chair that turns into a double bed. We do not allow more than six guests. WE DO NOT RENT TO PARTIES UNDER 25 years old. Adding more than 6 guests can void the contract and you will not receive your deposit. Pool- Door code for pool is on the fridge You will receive door code before your arrival When you arrive please read instructions on the refrigerator It will tell you how to turn on water, electric and a/c Also understand that check in is anytime after 3 pm but owner may not be reachable between the hours of 10 pm -7:30 am You may leave a message to be returned asap Other things to note There are 2 bedrooms. One bed has a queen size bed, the other has 1 single bed and a double bed. There is an inflatable bed in spare room closet. You will need to provide all linens, towels, toiletries etc. However ocean city has numerous linen services. Please feel free to contact one. There is access to a pool.
