All-season or winter-rated tires are strongly recommended. Weather-related refunds are not provided, but if roads are officially closed, we will work with you to reschedule. ⸻ Deadwood Rentals Pet Policy We welcome dogs only at select properties with the following guidelines. Cats and other animals are not permitted at any Deadwood Rentals properties under any circumstances. • A non-refundable fee of $100 per stay applies for up to two dogs, with a maximum weight of 30 lbs per dog. • Prior to booking, you must provide a description of your dog(s) for pre-approval. • Pets that shed must remain off furniture and beds to maintain cleanliness. • For the safety and comfort of your pets, we strongly recommend kenneling when you are away from the property. • If your dog’s barking disturbs neighbors or other guests, alternative arrangements will be required. • Guests are financially responsible for any carpet cleaning or damage caused by pets, including professional steam cleaning if needed. • Any pet not approved in advance will result in a minimum $200 charge. • Excessive shedding or additional cleaning needs will result in added cleaning fees. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. ⸻ Rally Reservations Rally bookings follow a separate cancellation and payment structure. Direct bookings must be paid in full by June 1. No cancellations or modifications after June 1. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire property, including a garage, with remote access. A hot tub that seats 7 people, and the entire yard/property for anyone traveling with children and pets. Other things to note Additional Cleaning Policies: Hazard Cleaning Fee: If vomit or other bodily fluids are left for the cleaning crew, additional charges will be applied for specialized cleaning. Glitter & Confetti: Please refrain from using glitter or confetti on the property. It is very difficult to clean, and leaving it behind will incur additional cleaning fees. General Policies: Unapproved Late Check-Outs/Early check-ins when applicable, will be subject to a minimum $100 fee. Furniture: Please do not move any furniture. Any damage caused by rearranging furniture will result in additional charges for repairs or replacements. Garage Door: Kindly ensure that the garage door is kept closed when not in use. Requests for early check-in may be accommodated, subject to availability on the day of arrival, and will incur an additional fee. If you wish to request an early check-in, please contact us on the day of your arrival to inquire about the possibility of an earlier entry, as availability cannot be confirmed until that day due to cleaning schedules and turnover times. Please note that arrivals and departures are not permitted on Saturdays, as this is the designated day off for our team. For optimal HVAC performance, we kindly ask that the thermostat be set between 69-74°F. Setting the air conditioning too low may cause the unit to freeze. Should HVAC repair services be required, a claim will be filed with Airbnb or charged to the card on file. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies.
