One of the original Lodges in Big Bear overlooking the lake and entrance to Big Bear Village. Built in 1916, by Amadeo Giannini, Founder of Bank of America, as his family's vacation home in Big Bear. Later featured in multiple Hollywood motion pictures and Western Classics such as "Bonanza". This listing is for a Single Traveler in our Camp Ground. There are multiple common areas to relax and a variety of diverse backyard spaces which are perfect entertaining large groups. Our Lodge is like nothing else in Big Bear Lake! The unique property offers a huge lodge with multiple common areas and two fireplaces that create the perfect mountain getaway. The kitchen is a regular kitchen with basic amenities like oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer and dish ware. One of the gems of our property is the vast and diverse backyard which offers a volleyball court, horseshoes, yoga grounds, meditation center, amphitheater, stage bar and camp sites! We have created the perfect wilderness Lodge destination for your group to socialize and relax under the sun or in the shade! Big Bear Lake does have a MARTA bus system that is designed to help travelers get around the city. With our great location and proximity to the Village, guests do no need to use the MARTA bus system to enjoy Big Bear Lake!
