Welcome to our newly renovated basement apartment in the heart of downtown Mississauga. This unit is a completely private basement unit with a separate entrance and contactless self-check-in. Our 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment is great for students (UTM campus is a short drive or transit ride away), couples and solo travellers. The space This is a completely private basement apartment, with a back entrance and keypad to facilitate self-check-in for your convenience. This modern space is equipped with brand-new appliances and amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This space includes a comfortable queen-size bed with fresh linen and towels, a large wardrobe, bedside tables, a small sofa-bed, a 4-seat dining table and a flat-screen TV with basic cable channels. Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. The unit has a fully functioning kitchen for you to conveniently cook meals during your stay. Pots, pans, cutlery, etc., are all provided. The modern and newly renovated bathroom features beautiful marble flooring with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. There is plenty of cupboard space to store your belongings. Please note: there is NO washer or dryer in this apartment. There is a laundromat (Just Like Home Coin Laundry) located a short 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk away. For long-term stays over 2 weeks, the homeowners will wash bedding and towels complimentary, however your personal clothing must be washed at a laundromat on your own. Guest access The entire space is for guest purposes only! Fully equipped with WIFI, a TV, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, a stove and a fridge/freezer. Please let us know in advance if you will require a parking spot. We provide 1 parking spot for our guests on the home driveway. Other things to note Normally check-in is at or after 3pm and check-out is around 11am but I can be flexible with the check-in and out depending on the departure/arrival of the previous or next guests! Unfortunately, we have a strict no pet policy and do not recommend our unit for infants. Due to the fact that this is a basement apartment, there is the possibility of noise trickling down from upstairs at times. While the homeowners do their best to be mindful of their guests, please be aware that you may hear the occasional noise.
