The apartment features a stunning open plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen in addition to two bathrooms featuring a luxurious walk-in rain shower! The space Spa facilities: The spa features a sauna, fire pit and Japanese-style soaking tub. This area is a shared space for those living and staying at the house. We are a body-positive household and consider this space clothing optional after dark. If you would like private access to the spa, we can make it available to you for an evening for an additional $50 fee. Sit down to brunch at Irwin's cafe, just 2 doors down from here. Hike and bike on Seattle's best-known trail, the Burke-Gilman, 5 blocks away. Walk to Gasworks Park for breathtaking skyline views, and choose from numerous restaurants on 45th Street. We're easily reachable if you need help using any of the amenities, or would like any recommendations for places to eat in the neighborhood. Early luggage drop-off or late luggage pick-up available upon request. The apartment is on the top floor of the house and uses the front door as a private entrance. We (Peter & Sarah - couple in our early 30s) live on the middle floor and a couple of close friends live on the lower floor. Guest access Ample, free street parking is available at all times (driveway reserved for permanent residents, but feel free to pull in to load/unload your car) Access: Enter through the front door of the house and turn right to go up the stairs. This property supports keyless access powered by Yale Home. The apartment is on the top floor of the house. We (Peter & Sarah) live on the middle floor and our long term renters live downstairs.
