The twin bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds with gel foam toppers, easy access to a 3/4 bathroom with shower, and cozy reading corner. The spacious master bedroom has a full seating area with couch and two chairs. Also a large Eastern King bed with full walk in closet and sizable full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, coffee maker, etc. The dinning room is perfectly situated off the kitchen and features a beautifully restored mid century dinning set that seats six. The living room has plenty of seating that lends itself to entertaining around the fireplace with the records player on. Lastly, the bonus room situated between the master and the rest of the house features a large comfy down filled sectional with seating for 8. The best part of the bonus room is the cozy mid-century fireplace with floor cushions perfect for reading and relaxation. In the rear of the house you'll find a outdoor dining table, a BBQ grill, and two comfortable day beds for sun bathing. It's the perfect place to catch some rays, or watch the sun set while sipping wine or cocktails. There is a gated driveway with plenty of off-street parking. There is a feature to arm the house when you are staying in as well. Other things to note Prior to permitting occupancy, the City requires us to obtain a copy of your government issued ID, and they also require us to have you sign a formal acknowledgement that you and all of your guests are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the use and occupancy of vacation rental units. This includes agreement of the city-imposed occupancy limits (8 people daytime, and 6 at night), trash and parking rules, and regulations regarding noise (quiet hours from 10pm to 7am, and appropriate noise levels all other times).
