Cozy stay in quiet neighborhood. Strong wi-fi & dedicated work space; Great for business travel. Enjoy Andretti's, TopGolf, Road Atlanta, minor league baseball, Malls of GA & Sugarloaf, & downtowns Buford, Lawrenceville, Suwanee, Duluth. Chill back patio w/ green space & organic garden view. Short drive to north GA wine or west to Athens (UGA). ~1 hr to airport & full metro area by drive, rideshare, or MARTA transit - ideal for big events like CFP games & World Cup 2026 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium! The space Ideal for visiting family/friends, local events, or if in town for work!! My home is 2-story, with standard stairs and bedrooms and your full bathroom on 2nd floor. A convenient half bathroom is downstairs, along with two cozy full-length couches to accommodate bedding for two persons. Each bedroom has its own character and style you'll enjoy! The common area has 4K HDTV, and fireplace (owner-operated only). You'll also enjoy additional TVs within your guest rooms, with streaming service devices installed. You'll find your rooms prepared with linens, towels, and extras blankets to enjoy. Downstairs in the common area, enjoy the plush couches, board games, and chill, relaxing atmosphere. My place should certainly accommodate your needs .. as I have 3 bedrooms with shared full bathroom upstairs .. 2 with queen beds and 1 with two twins. There’s also 2 full couches downstairs with guest linens that serve to bed two more .. but you may not need those. Further, the top shelf each or fridge and freezer are allocated for your needs, as are the upper and lower narrow cabinets just to the right of and adjacent to refrigerator. Take a look at house guidelines for further details. Please note that there is a separate master suite upstairs that remains locked, and a home office space downstairs (the “right side” of downstairs area) that likewise isn’t part of the shared space. These are my suite and office respectively, as I sometimes need to stop in and stay from time to time. Guest access You will get a code for front door keypad so you can come and go. Space will be allocated for you in the refrigerator and freezer (top shelf of each). House rules apply. Other things to note My home is on a cul-de-sac with no parking allowed on street or curb. So your parking would be on the left side of driveway towards the bottom near left-side curb. Only two spots total, very close and convenient!
