A large driveway parks 2 standard size cars, with additional spaces in the extra deep back yard able to accomplish larger vehicles/trailers up to 25 ft on-site (available upon request). Pets negotiable (our pet policy prohibits certain dog breeds, exotic animals and any animal that exhibits violent tendencies or is not housebroken [no puppy pads] see House Rules for more details). Guest access Guests have full and exclusive use of the entire house, the two off-street parking spots in the side yard and use of the front and back yards. The garage and three parking spaces in the back of the extra deep property are reserved for the property owner. Please keep the driveway to the back open. One of the extra deep spots (able to store a truck and trailer with maximum length of approximately 25-feet) and electric hookups are available by request for guests traveling with trailers. Other things to note This house is located in a residential neighborhood near the airport (MSN) and can experience jet takeoff noise.. Most of the neighbors are long term residents and friendly.
