Close enough to downtown but far enough to unwind with some loose leaf tea, meditate, or do some yoga while enjoying the surrounding oak trees. My Neighborhood is friendly for walking and my surrounding neighborhoods are bike friendly. Within a 5 mile radius, there is a local swimming pool, hiking trails, bike lanes, tennis courts, a shopping center, local restaurants, and multiple movie theaters. Metrobuses 3, 10, 210 & 318 are a 7-13min bike ride Car parking in Austin is usually free EXCEPT special events, around downtown & DT surrounding areas. I have 2 designated parking spots - 1 spot in the driveway and 1 is street parking in front of the house WiFi w/ G-Fiber TV in the living room equipped with - Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, HuLu and Disney+ Alexa in the kitchen for all your music and timer needs Smart locks for keyless entry Shelf space for personal food in the Pantry and Fridge Stocked Fridge - Community shelves stocked with Bread, milk, butter, pasta, and dry goods for baking Office Snacks (miss working in an office?
