This listing is for three suites, each with a private entrance, that open to one another creating a stunning 2,500+ sf living space. The suites open to common patios and were designed to seamlessly add living and sleeping accommodations based on group size and other needs. When the full complex is rented, renter gets two 2,500+sf units with private use of the roof decks, full access to common areas and natural gas BBQ. 2. Can I rent half the complex. Yes. The right and left sides of the complex are a mirror image. Specific units must be rented to have access to the roof top deck 3. Are there "lock-off" doors between suites. Yes. Each suite has private entrance, living and sleeping rooms. Or, when doors are open the space flows between suites making a large beach house. Note, the two 2,500+ sf mirrored units are only connected via the patios and roof decks (no interior door connection). 4. Are there Morro Bay rock and bay views. Yes! Gorgeous panoramic views from four suites. 5. Is there AC in the units? Yes, there is AC and heat in each suite. 6. Are there fireplaces in the units? Yes. The two largest suites have fireplaces. 7. Where is the game/media room located? The game/media room is part of the largest suite rental. This is a separate suite with a private side door entrance. The suite is a half-basement unit, has a master bedroom, and game/media room with queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom and laundry center. 8. Are the partial basement units (game/media room) dark? The half-basement suites do not have views like the other suites; however, there are three west facing windows that provide natural light. Each suite has private exterior access. There are interior doors that open to adjoining suites, or can be closed for privacy. A chance for a family to be together, and also have private living and sleeping areas. Morro Bay attractions, restaurants and events are within walking distance from SALTY SISTER. We are located on the Embarcadero, directly in front of Morro Rock. The main deck is common area. There are two BBQs on the main deck accessible to all guests. Renters are required to sign a rental agreement (House Rules). Door codes are not released until rental agreement is signed. How we are keeping our vacation rentals safe: 1. Housecleaning We’ve decided the best way forward is with an abundance of caution. We’re treating every post-guest check-out with a 7SVR Disinfection Checklist. We use chemicals the EPA has identified for disinfecting. In practice, what this means is that your properties will not only be cleaned, but the bathroom and kitchen will be completely disinfected. All high “touch points” will also be disinfected, including light switches and lamps, doorknobs and handles, keypads/keys, tabletops, cabinet and dresser knobs and drawer pulls, and all electronics and appliances. 2. Laundry Service We’ve decided to laundry linens and soft goods (shams, throw pillow covers) with each check-out. This is another precautionary measure that gives renters assurance they are renting a stay safe vacation rental. 3. Keyless Entry A unique door code for the duration of your stay is provided.
