Boho Burgh Cottage with full kitchen/clawfoot tub

The Original Cozy Cottage is located in the heart of downtown Newburgh, this wonderfully decorated cottage offers a full kitchen, claw foot tub, walk in closet, deck, and partial river views. Shops and restaurants within steps and only 15 minutes from downtown Evansville. *Please read all info before booking* The space The bright and airy space offers gorgeous vaulted ceilings, is filled with beautiful and thoughtful decor, has a full kitchen, TV with fire stick, claw foot tub with shower, keurig coffee maker, basic utensils and cooking pans, quality hair and body products, walk-in closet, large outside deck with dining table and couch seating (cushions out in appropriate weather), essential oil diffuser for calming aromas, very comfortable memory foam queen bed, a comfy Poly and Bark loveseat sofa, a memory foam twin mattress available in the closet, and located in downtown Newburgh where everything is walkable! Having stayed in many Airbnbs myself, I have loathed how cheap the products provided by the host can be. I am happy to provide good quality linens, bathroom products, coffee, and other essentials. The space won’t feel sterile (except for how clean it is!) under decorated, or anything of the sort. I strive to provide a comfortable home away from home! Guest access Guests are free to use the deck attached to the cottage, the outdoor table and chairs, and the entire space inside of the cottage. I live on the same property as the Cottage, though the homes are entirely detached and I have never had any issues. There are multiple stairs leading up to the Airbnb, so please keep this in mind when booking! Other things to note Parking is on the street in front of the cottage and entry is through main property’s yard. Parking in the back of the property is not available at this time. There are stairs that lead to the property, so take that into consideration when booking! The green sofa is SUPER comfy, but not large enough for adults to sleep on. However, it is a deep sofa when you take out the back cushions and my 8 year old has slept on the same one we have, many different times, since he was 3. I can't say what you prefer, but if you are a family of 3, with a small child that sleeps in a bed-the sofa would work. Just be sure to cover it with sheets and that your child is potty trained! The couch 72 inches long in total length. That being said, there is also a twin memory foam mattress available in the closet that can be put on the floor. This is a wooden cottage that is a studio. It is small, but so adorable. I have had multiple guests that stay; even a family of 3 for two months, and absolutely adore it. But also some people feel it is too small for their liking. Please do not book if you know the "tiny home" life is not for you. Also, with it being entirely wooden and near a river/lots of trees, having zero bugs is almost impossible. I do have a bug spraying service that comes bi monthly. But with it being wood, near the river, and surrounded by many trees-some bugs still find their way in/are more attracted to it. ***There is NO SMOKING of any kind allowed in this house or on the property! If there is any smell or indication of smoking of any sort, a $200 fee will be applied. This has occurred way too many times so and it requires extra deep cleaning, still can be smelled, and impacts quality for future guests.
