Rustic 2 bed/2 bath old school stilt cottage with a tiki ambiance on a canal minutes to restaurants, Pine island sound, great fishing, kayaking, fishing, nature preserves, or just relaxing on the tiki screened in deck or paver patio enjoying all the boats and dolphins passing by. Bring your boat, rent a boat at the Monroe Canal Marina, use our nice kayaks, or just chill and grill! We have access to the most pristine boat only islands in Florida: North Captiva and Cayo Costa. True Salty Bliss! The space On the popular Monroe canal with lots of happy boaters idling by while you relax on the wraparound screened in tiki deck or right next to the waters on the paver patio. Bring your boat or rent one at the nearby monroe canal marina as the fishing and cruising out to the barrier islands is spectacular! Restaurants and biking/ hiking trails are nearby. Pine Island is a nature lover's paradise with great authentic seafood restaurants with live music and exotic fruit stands! This is not a beach island with all the traffic, condos, and crowds. It's a mangrove lined island with tons of dolphins, manatees, fish, and birds. SSHHHH! Don't tell too many people about our special island! Guest access 4 quality kayaks and a gas grill are free to use. Other things to note Please note: If you bring a dog there is an extra $60 cash pet cleaning fee you can leave on the dining table for my cleaning person. We prefer that over paying through airbnb.
