This cottage is located at the very edge of the peninsula, hence, no through traffic. Very quaint and quiet beach community where neighbors are known by their dog. All windows has a view, situated on a 2nd floor its like living in a tree house. We are known for our cleanliness. We clean & wash everything for every new guest arrivals. Your home away from home awaits you. 2 blocks walking distance to the beach, 20 minutes to downtown LA, 10 minutes to Long beach, Gardena, Carson. The space This is one home located in a four home complex. It is very private, located behind two front cottages, at the back of a gated private driveway. This is a two bedroom, two bath property. The second bedroom is set up as an office with a fold out couch to accommodate a third guest if needed (extra $50 fee applies per night). Manager is available if guests need. This neighborhood is very walkable, with friendly neighbors and walking distance to Cabrillo Beach. Multiple local cafes are within a 10-15 minute walk, or 3 minute drive. Other things to note Absolutely NO REFUND on deposit received or payment paid. NO TAX COLLECTED FOR 30 DAY STAY OR LONGER. Minimum age limit is 28. Listed price is based on 2 people. Maximum capacity is 3 per house. Additional person will be additional fee and must be approved prior to checking in. Absolutely no pet.
