Recently updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in historic Granlibakken. Walking distance to downtown Tahoe City and Lake Tahoe. 15 minute drive to Palisades, Alpine, and Homewood, and a 30 minute drive to Northstar. Perfect getaway for a family or group of friends looking to stay close to the activities and restaurants in downtown Tahoe City while enjoying the charm of Granlibakken. Tons of amenities onsite including pickleball, tennis, pool, jacuzzi, gym, yoga room, spa, and trails. The space This is a two-bedroom suite. Unit A is outfitted with a full kitchen, balcony, fireplace, 50” TV, private bath, queen murphy bed and a leather sofa with queen pullout mattress. Unit B features a king bed, mini-fridge & microwave, 40” TV, and private bath. The units share a common mudroom for your ski gear that opens up to the hallway, but each has a unique lock and key allowing for privacy between both rooms. ***Please note that the door to the mudroom leading to the hallway does NOT lock, so each unit should be locked separately at night.*** Granlibakken is a historic ski resort conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Tahoe City and Lake Tahoe. Quick drive to Homewood (12 min drive), Alpine (14 min drive), Palisades (15 minute drive), or Northstar (30 minute drive). We also have our own small mountain with 2 rope lifts, perfect for beginner skiers, young kids, and thrill-seeking sledders. Access to a day spa, community pool and jacuzzi, tennis & pickle-ball courts, coffee and wine/beer bar, small gym & yoga room, adventure ropes course (extra fee), and buffet breakfast cafe (extra fee). We are pet friendly! If you will be bringing your furry family member, please message us upon booking, as there is an extra $100 fee per stay to pay for our cleaners' time. If you need a smaller space, please consider booking either side of our condo individually. Other things to note Sadly Lake Tahoe is an area that is zoned as a heightened fire risk. We will honor reschedules for later dates if the Air Quality in Tahoe City is listed as 'Unhealthy' on Accuweather, but unfortunately we are unable to make a full refund outside of our cancellation policy.
