Coffee Pot take both grounds and k-cups. 4 lawn chairs. The space We are now including the use of two kayaks with the rental of your cottages.Your canvas cottage is just a few feet from the lake. You have a queen bed and a bunk bed. Refrigerator, hot and cold running water in your tent. Gas grill, fire pit right out side your door. All cook ware you will need and dishes. You can fish off the bank or from your kayak. We also rent Jon Boats and stand up paddle boards, a great way to explore the lake or just lay in the sun on your sandy beach. Each canvas cottage has there own out door flushing toilet. And outdoor shower with hot and cold water. In the evenings enjoy the sunset through the pines , A great getaway to sit back and relax. If you have never been able to really gaze at the stars, Just look up as you are sitting around your fire pit enjoying your roasted marshmallows, there is nothing like it. COME BE OUR GUESTS! Lake is 15 plus acres. NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD PLEASE unless wrapped and State certified. (YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING AND TOWELS) Guest access Each cottage has access to 2 Kayaks during your stay. We also have Standup paddle boards for rent for $20 a day or $30 for two days upon availability. If you have your own kayak or paddle Board you can pay a daily launch fee of $5.00. Jon Boat $25 per day or $45 for two days. We provide life jackets for Jon Boat rental Max capacity for Jon Boat is 3 adults We provide one life jacket with your Kayak/Paddle Board rental. If you have extra day guest there is a $7.50 per guest fee. Your guest can fish and rent Kayaks or Paddle Boards. Shakamak State Park is only 4 miles away and has a public pool and water slides. There is a 100 plus lakes in the area. Wal Mart is 13 miles away. No private boats will be permitted to launch. We will however make parking accommodations if you want to bring your own boat to use at other area lakes. Please give prior notification to host. One vehicle per Campsite all other vehicles must park at the gate. Other things to note Fishing Rules The lake is 63 years old and it thrives with many species of fish. Please do not bring fish from other waters to the lake. This could cause disease and we want everyone to enjoy fishing the lake. Baits: if using minnows pleases do not release them in to the lake. (if you have extra minnows just pour them on the ground the birds will eat them) Bass: All BASS must be released back to the lake. Catfish: two per Guest per day between 10-14” Bluegill: no limit on size or quantity. Carp: all must be released back in to the lake. Turtles: Must Be left alone. Crapie : 6 per guest size must be between 6-10” Bait Suggestions: Natural colored weed less worms work very well in this lake for bass.
