Guest Cottage on Mini Farm in Heart of Greenbrier

Detached guest cottage located on a 5 acre farm in the heart of Greenbrier, TN. Spacious 490 square foot studio with queen size bed, living room area, kitchen table, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, heat and air conditioning and dedicated hot water heater. WiFi available. Additional guests can be accommodated with deluxe padded cots or air mattresses. The space 35 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Guest house sits behind large farmhouse in 1 acre fenced back yard with fire pit and playground. Walk around the property and visit our farm animals - horse, goats, chickens, ducks and geese to name a few. Depending on the time of year, we might even have assorted baby chicks hatching or newborn baby goats. Venture into Nashville to see all the sights. Roast marshmallows and sit under the stars at night. Fish at Greenbrier Lake or explore the local cemetery - all within walking distance. Kitchen is equipped with small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee pot and a large convection toaster oven. Guest access The guest house is accessible through a gate at the top of the driveway. Guests may pull their vehicle to the guest house to unload their luggage, but we ask that vehicles be parked outside the gated area during the remainder of the visit. Other things to note We've created a large gravel parking area which can accommodate a recreational vehicle or trailer (no hookups though). Trailer and RV parking is an additional $5 per night.
