It is super super important to respect their quiet and solitude. Parties and loud music that can disturb them is not allowed. SMOKING AND FIRES Smoking is not allowed on the property due to high fire danger. Also, outdoor wood fire pits and charcoal grills are illegal in Estes. BEARS Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area and can break in! MINUT We use a Minut noise meter. It doesn't record audio, but instead monitors decibel levels, temperature and humidity. This is for the safety of guests & to protect the home. It also serves to warn us about parties & prevent noise complaints from neighbors.
