The space Mercury Palms is a private estate in the exclusive Vista Las Palmas neighborhood—one of Palm Springs’ most iconic locations. Just minutes from downtown Palm Springs and within walking distance to mountain hiking trails, this secluded retreat offers both privacy and convenience. Spanning over 4,250 square feet, the home is designed for elevated desert living. Four bedrooms open directly to private outdoor spaces, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The expansive Great Room features soaring cathedral ceilings, a massive fireplace, and a large entertainment center—perfect for gathering and relaxing. A dedicated game room includes a pool table, spacious bar, fireplace, and HDTV for evenings in. The primary suite is a true sanctuary, offering a private balcony with city and mountain views, plus a separate lounge area for reading or unwinding beside a cozy stone fireplace. Outside, enjoy two large private spaces: a resort-style pool area with BBQ for sun-filled days and relaxed evenings, and a lush rear lawn ideal for lounging, celebrations, or intimate events. The home has been freshly painted inside and out, with updated landscaping and exterior lighting that enhance ambiance and privacy. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home. Enjoy seamless, contactless entry with secure keyless access codes provided prior to arrival. The property features a gated driveway and three-car garage for added privacy and convenience. An elevator is available for guests who prefer not to use stairs or require accessibility assistance—please request elevator access in advance so we can activate the equipment, as it is otherwise kept turned off. Other things to note Please be mindful of neighborhood quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. When possible, we ask that guests park vehicles within the property. Pool heat is available upon request for an additional $99 per day. Certain pets are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies.
