We are a Five Star Villa and fully equipped to the very last teaspoon. Our villa is absolutely suitable for families. Furthermore, enjoy evenings around our gorgeous southside pool & SPA. We are 12 minutes away from Disneyland. You will find our garden and pool irresistible and pleasant. Enjoy Barbecue on our large pool deck. Enjoy the no back-to-back neighbours while BBQing or swimming. Our villa is fully equipped with High-speed Internet and large TV screens in each room with separately over 1000 installed programmes. Also, we have games for all ages. We also have a house alarm, these codes you will find in the house. We have management in the near who will welcome you when you arrive and will help and support any concerns you have. Villa description: The villa is set in an exclusive gated community. Inside it is extremely spacious, luxuriously furnished throughout and set on the largest corner plot. The home has been upgraded throughout, such as a newly '20 Sear A/C, State of Art, 'Kitchen appliances, and has included everything you could possibly need! It is ideal for families. We have two Master Suites, each with large Box spring Beds, also excellent for people with back trouble, and a further two bedrooms. There is a separate den with Playstations, board games, TVs & computers with High-speed internet access. All bedrooms have large TVs with separately installed Netflix. The fabulous pool is extra large at 30 x 15 with a 3-tier 40 x 30 extended deck, hot tub & water fountains. The deck overlooks conservation land & is south facing for all those sun-worshippers! Extended covered lanai for alfresco dining with a provided BBQ. The open-plan main living area has a 52' flat-screen TV. There is a games room with a pool table & Table tennis & 2 mountain bikes. Fully air-conditioned and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, living room & lanai. Cot, highchair & potty provided. We also have two children's buggies. The pool & deck area are absolutely stunning, set over three levels and when the house was being built (2004), we were the envy of all our neighbours! The pool is larger than the norm, being 30 x 15 and the deck a whopping 40 x 30! There is lots of space for you to relax by the pool, or sit in the hot tub watching the sun go down over the stunning conservation land. There are also three water fountains cascading into the pool. There is a 14 x 14 undercover lanai to provide all-year-round al fresco dining facilities. A gas BBQ is also on Deck. We also have high-speed internet for those needing more. The main living area of the home is spacious and open-plan. Doors lead from the pool/deck into the living room and kitchen area, providing an ideal environment to enjoy family life and relax, whilst preparing the BBQ meals! The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you may possibly need (and lots more besides!). There is a State of Art refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker and stereo/radio. Everything you may possibly need is provided! There are two master ensuite bedrooms, both are featured in the photos above. One has direct access to the pool/deck and has a spacious bathroom with a corner tub, walk-in shower and washbasins. There is a large walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV and hair dryers/hair straighteners provided. The 2nd master suite is located in the privacy of the upstairs floor and has its own private ensuite. There is a laundry room, providing a washing machine & tumble dryer. Iron & ironing board provided. Towels & linen for all bedrooms, together with pool towels are included in the rental price. There is also fitted screened security around the pool for smaller children. Guest access We have a barrier-free to enable access across all facilities for everyone. The Villa is occupied by tenants only. Other things to note Clermont Florida provides enjoyment pure for all ages. Disneyworld and Disneyland are 15 minutes by car. We have natural parks in the nearer, and sports facilities that are in the near. We have a professional House and property manager who will be there to help you feel comfortable throughout your entire stay. For the summer, early Fall we offer the SPA, which is heated For 35 Euros. For the winter months, we have Pool heating, which is 40 USD per night- and our Large gas BBQ 55 USD per week.
