Guest access This 1-bedroom garden apartment occupies the full ground floor of our 2-family home, providing guests with separate entrances and deck for all the privacy one might need. It is ideal for 1 or 2 people but could accommodate up to 2 additional guests on the futon in the living room for additional charge. Other things to note We have off-street parking that allows for one car. - Sorry, we do not allow pets. - PLEASE- Absolutely No Smoking on the premises including deck and yard.
