Phenomenal subway access -- steps from the J subway line (5 minute walk) and close to the L train (10 minute walk) and C train (15 minute walk) as well. 15 minutes to Williamsburg and 20 minutes to Manhattan/Lower East side. There's an excellent cafe (Little Skips East) at the end of the street along with a huge grocery store and several bars within walking distance. The building is a newly renovated Brooklyn home (2 family and legal Airbnb), originally built in the 1920s and remodeled in 2017. During your stay, you will have access to the ground floor apartment which includes, 2 bedrooms, shared backyard/outdoor area with hot tub, spacious living room, large kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with walk-in shower, and access to washer/dryer in the basement. The apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably. There are queen size beds in both bedrooms. After a long day of sightseeing in NYC, soak in our 4-person Thermospa hot tub! It is a shared amenity with us, the owners; just message us when you want to use, and we’ll ensure it’s ready for your enjoyment. For the safety of you and your guests, you will be asked to acknowledge you have read the hot tub rules and will adhere to them.
