This detached guest house will give you access to a gorgeous dock complete with private parking and located less than 20 minutes, by boat or car, from world class beaches and Destin. Our property can accommodate a 2-axle boat trailer. Wake up in the morning and watch the dolphin jump off the dock, fish, go for a swim, paddleboard, kayak or just relax with a cup of coffee. We will work with ALL DOD and DOD contractors and personnel. The space This very private super clean detached guest house will give you all of the privacy you want. This upstairs guesthouse has a 55" LCD TV, YouTube TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, full size refrigerator with ice maker, kitchenette with sink, 2 burner induction cook-top, microwave, toaster oven, all plates, pot & pans and Keurig coffee maker. Full bathroom, heat and A/C, a new memory foam queen bed, dresser and closet. You will have private parking with room to bring your jet ski or small boat (UP TO 25" OR NO MORE THAN TANDEM AXLE). You'll have access to a large backyard with dock privileges and a boat ramp next door. You can tie your boat up during your stay and find yourself at Crab Island in 15 minutes. In the backyard, you'll enjoy a hard- packed sandy bottom while swimming off the dock as well as kayak and a paddleboard for your personal use at the house. Play Cornhole, swim or just relax and watch the sunset or even catch a speckled trout or redfish under the lights at night. GUESTS STAYING 7 DAYS OR MORE WILL HAVE ACCESS TO LAUNDRY. Bring a 3rd guest (10 and older) for an additional $25/night. WE WORK WITH DOD PER DIEMS. Other things to note Please provide your ETA if you are bringing a boat (3 night minimum with boat). We have a spot for your boat trailer, but it will usually not fit down our driveway.
