Expansive sliding doors seamlessly merge the spacious living room with the generous terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The inviting 7x3 m swimming pool beckons with its multiple seating areas, four sun loungers, and a cozy lounge corner, ensuring you'll always find the perfect spot, whether bathed in sunlight or shaded by swaying palms. The covered terrace hosts a spacious outdoor dining area for eight, complete with a complimentary BBQ grill. Inside, the generously sized living room (8x8) welcomes you with its comfortable seating area, augmented by ceiling fans for added comfort. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a television equipped with internet TV. The adjacent kitchen, nestled in one corner, boasts modern amenities including an American refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and an array of cookware and utensils.
