The space Pedaler’s Roost sits on 9+ acres at 2,500 ft, overlooking the Little River Valley—a cool retreat even in summer. Enjoy stunning views from the covered and open decks, or relax in our cozy home designed for up to 8 guests (plus little ones and dogs). Come for the adventure—hiking, biking, fly fishing, rock climbing, zip-lining, breweries, and more. Stay for the views. We’ll handle the rest! Main living area: Open space with comfy seating, wood stove, dining table, TV, and mountain views. Workspace: Desk, chair, and monitor with plenty of outlets and good lighting. Deck: Huge deck, both covered and uncovered. Seating and grill. Amazing views. Fully equipped kitchen: Cook inside (or grill outside). Dine indoors or out — both with scenic backdrops. Basement lounge: Extra living space with couches (one is a pullout), TV, and ½ bath. Garage: Single car garage with EV charger, 4-bike rack, tire pump, and space for kayaks, hiking gear, etc. Out front: Hose for cleaning off gear and plenty of parking. EV charger: NEMA 14-50 outlet & 7.2kW SAE J-1772 charger. Activity guide: Our recommendations for exploring the area. For little ones: Pack 'n play, baby monitor, high chair, stroller, toys, a few babyproofing essentials. Detailed list sent once booked. For dogs (up to 2, $50 fee): Gate, water bowl, couch cover, crate, towels, and treats. Additional dogs may be approved for $25 each.
