Only 25 minutes from Denver, the house offers another level to enjoy an expansive views of the Colorado front range, the city, and the curvature of the earth. Guest access Three balconies with city views, outdoor off street parking for 3-4 cars. The gated courtyard/garden area with outdoor kitchen and furniture is for your use (also a great place to keep dogs). Outdoor areas are monitored by video security cameras. Other things to note Upgraded Internet: WiFi 6! Bandwidth ranges between 100 - 800 MBPS depending on device type, number of devices (Recommended 4-6), and Comcast Xfinity ISP. There is a $150 pet fee (no cats). [$500 charge per each undisclosed pet.] The additional sleeping options are bunk beds in a separated room/walk-in closet from the master suite which have a max weight limit of 150lbs.
