The architect responsible for this fascinating and creative project is Juan Carlos Durán Menacho. Round, like the Milky Way and respecting a simple design line (based on the principle of Phi), the Chinese Mint is clean, sophisticated and very elegant. By respecting the principles of harmony, the architect intended to offer a haven that enhances the lifestyle of its inhabitants. "When building a house today, it is no longer possible to disregard these factors.
