Yard is fully fenced. No Grass in backyard. Get beached!!!!!! Guests can access the main house. Access is not allowed for guests into the garage or above garage apartment during their stay. Searenity Now is located just 6 short minutes South on Highway 361 from the heart of Port A, restaurants and shopping in the Royal Sands subdivision. Both community pools are located within walking distance of the cottage, both less than .2 miles away, with one located across the street (within plain view of the house from the porch) and the other halfway between the house and the beach access. Beach boardwalk is newly constructed to be golf cart accessible. It is easily accessed by foot from the house .2 miles away to the start of the beach boardwalk. There is also available parking closer to boardwalk to manage carrying heavier/larger loads to the beach. Boardwalk itself is less than .1 mile in length. Port A is easily accessible by car. Beach has drive on access and can be parked on with a permit from the city for a small fee. Golf carts can be driven on the beach and around town where posted speed limits are 35 mph or less. Golf cart is not included in rental but can be found at many rental locations downtown. Beachwalk access is available by foot at the Southeast end of the neighborhood and is Golf Cart accessible. There is parking near beachwalk for ease of use or you may walk. Beach access is roughly 4- 6 minute walk from the house, exactly .2 miles to start of boardwalk. Boardwalk itself is roughly .1 mile long and takes about two minutes to walk across in total.
