Beautiful and cozy house in the best condominium of Rapel Lake plots, Costa del Sol 2. Special for families, nice private pool with jacuzzi in a quiet place without noise. 2-story house with beautiful lake view, on a 2000 sq. meter surface with fruit trees. Very SAFE and QUIET place. On the 1st floor is the living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the 2nd floor, a master bedroom suite with a large bathroom, balcony and nice lake view. The space The house is located in the middle of a wonderful natural environment, with views and landscapes that are valued by those who love nature, fresh air, and the tranquility and security that exists in very few places. It is located on the second line, being able to use the boat launch belonging to the condominium, as well as having the San Roberto supermarket, with beautiful recreation areas, dock and gasoline for boats, all this just 5 minutes from our house. The condominium's security is worth noting. It has a portico with a barrier and 24-hour access control. A kayak for two people and a child is available at no cost to our guests. We have jet skis for rent to our guests. A boat is available for water skiing, banana boats, and lake rides, which can be arranged with the host. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Our guests only need to bring towels. Guest access In the Costa del Sol 2 condominium there is a common area with different commercial premises, among them there are PUBs, sale of Suchi empanadas, greengrocer and other premises, which are located next to the San Roberto Supermarket. Open every day in summer. From September to December it is only open on weekends. This is located on the edge of the lake and is an environment of fun and entertainment. NOTE: OUR HOUSE HAS DISTANT NEIGHBORS. SO IN THE CURRENT PANDEMIC SITUATION, IT IS A VERY SAFE AND PRIVATE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY Other things to note House and swimming pool exclusively for guests. Only my wife and I are in a second cabin with a separate entrance to attend to our guests' needs, ensuring complete privacy for the use of the plot. The living room, dining room and terrace were expanded with a new building for this season.
