The space The furnished upstairs apartment features 1 queen bed, 1 bath (with shower), living room, hardwood floors, private 2nd floor balcony, rear courtyard, wifi, YouTube TV, A/C, laundry, on-site parking, and a private entrance! Note: Our real estate office is located on the main floor of the house. Fantastic central location to easily explore all of beautiful Leelanau County and only a 20 minute drive to Traverse City! Although it is located downtown it is very quiet at night. 2 adults maximum, no pets, no smoking. Guest access Private parking is located directly behind the building off the alley. Overnight street parking in Suttons Bay is also allowed. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building, it has a separate exterior entrance and interior staircase. Other things to note Our office is on the main floor of the building. We do our best to be as quiet as possible for our guests during working hours but we are typically in the building Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm. We provide bath towels but not beach towels so be sure to bring your own! We have 2 beach chairs and a cooler for the beach! No pets have ever stayed in the apartment.
