Our unit resides at the end of a private driveway servicing just 4 units and has a 2 car garage. The property also offers ski storage for 5 at base of the mountain and close proximity to bus stop for added convenience. The space SUMMER 2023 - This property is undergoing a complete renovation of the kitchen and 3 of the 4 bathrooms - fresh, new modern updates will be welcome, pictures to come after completion! Walk in the front door to a main hall with 2 bedrooms off of it, each with their own private bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed plus futon and bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed along with a set of bunk beds. Your laundry room is also on this level with a door for noise reduction. Go up the stairs to a open living area, dining area and BRAND NEW kitchen with an island. Your primary bedroom is on this upper level as well and includes a king size bed and plenty room for desk/chair for zoom meetings or work from home along with a REMODELED bathroom, with double sinks, separate shower and toilet room. There is also a 4th full bathroom on this level by the kitchen. The large deck sits off the living area complete with gas grill, and a table and chairs for 8. The living room has been updated with a 55" Ultra High Definition Samsung TV and a Sonos Beam sound system, great for movies and easy to play music with the Sonos app on your smartphone. Paired with the 2 car garage and a private ski locker at the base that holds up to 5 sets of equipment along with a boot warmer, this property is perfect Winter or Summer!! This unit has a two car garage, plus room for two smaller cars directly outside of the garage. Cars blocking access for neighboring units and snow removal operations will be towed with no further notice. There is no parking for over-sized vehicles or trailers. No Parking in the driveway when snow plowing occurs. Bluebird Days is ideal for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood.
