Stream, read, or play games in the family room. Warm weather offers hammocks over a babbling creek, outdoor living spaces, flower gardens. The space 'The Forest Room' you'll enjoy offers peace and harmony. This room looks over a forest and meadow. Deer, fox, raccoon, are frequent visitors! Open the window to the sound of the babbling creek and sweet song birds. Sleep soundly, dream well on the superbly comfy full size mattress and two delicious down pillows. My home is a tranquil beautiful place where you'll experience a sense of peace, balance, harmony; along with some doodle love from Francis - a well behaved, enjoyable 9 year old Golden Doodle. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, including the well-appointed kitchen. Gas range, high-end cast iron, Straub, stainless and non-stick cookware. Appliances include a Vitamix, Champion Juicer, Kitchen Aid Food Processor and Mixer with all the attachments you could imagine. Instapot of course. Filtered water from the sink and refrigerator. Ample space for food storage. In cooler weather, enjoy games and conversation, warmth in the living room around the gas fireplace. In summer, enjoy the peace and quiet of the backyard in the outdoor living areas - 'bliss palace' and 'hammock hollow'. The Ridgeline Trail System is right out your back door. Bus stop is 1/2 block away with quick direct access to U of O and downtown. Ample off street and street parking. Downtown and campus are a drive of 5-10 minutes. I5 is a few minutes away. Other things to note I share my home with an 9 year old Golden Doodle named Francis. He's well behaved, friendly, clean, free of fleas and ticks; and doesn't shed. He may ask to play with you and will respect your boundaries if you decline. I have another listing in the home - a room at the front of the house. This room may be occupied during your stay with like-minded wonderful people like you. If so, the bathroom in the hall will be a shared bath. There is an additional guest bathroom downstairs. I offer the use of the laundry room, with a modern LG washer, dryer, laundry detergent. I ask you please not burn sage, incense or scented candles in your room.
