This condo would be wonderful for two families with kids that want to vacation together and save! There is a shared washer/dryer located on second floor. This is a top floor corner unit & is located directly across from the heated pool, sauna, & Jacuzzi which can be seen from both master bedroom windows. In the last 3 years, the Chateaux has replaced the windows, sliding doors and balconies. It is very quiet on the top floor with no one above you, and there are no condos adjoining any of the walls. Our condo is approximately 500 yards from the lifts: a short 6 minute walk, or you may prefer to hop on the free bus that stops just steps from our building's front door. You can also catch the free Mountain Express Shuttle every 15 minutes to the historic town of Crested Butte located just minutes from our condo. Relax and have a great time at the condo! But, when you’re ready to venture out, take advantage of the free busses! The free shuttle to the mountain-base (which has lots of food, shopping, and activity/relaxation options) is located less than 50 ft from the condo’s building entrance. At the base, there is a free shuttle to town (Crested Butte proper), providing even more options and events to enjoy. Last, if your wanderlust is still eager, jump on the Gunnison Valley RTA free bus that transports folks between Crested Butte and Gunnison. Explore and enjoy!
