A modern and airy two-bedroom, one-bathroom basement apartment with a furnished living room, dining room, and kitchenette; all recently renovated with a microwave, toaster oven and mini fridge . Private entrance access thru a lovely garden walkway. Also included are the use of the swimming pool (mid May-mid September) and the charcoal grill (on request). FREE parking and wi-fi. The space We are conveniently located just outside of Washington DC. Guests stay here can enjoy resort like accommodation and still get easy access to all that Washington has to offer (free museums, monuments, the capitol, fine dining, etc.). There is beautiful foliage in the fall and cherry blossoms festival in the spring. There are great parks to explore and hike as well as offerings of outdoor activities. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests max in the 2 bedrooms (queen beds) and 1 futon sofa recently purchased in the common area. Guest access Private entrance has a keypad with an access code that we can give you upon rental. The entrance is available through the left gate and down a brick staircase. Other things to note The pool is opened from mid May until Labor Day and pool towels provided.
