The back unit: Level 1: Garage, Laundry Level 2: On this floor you will find the living room, dining are, kitchen, guest bath , and bedroom 1 (queen) Level 3: The second floor has two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has two twins with an ensuite bath. The hallway between the two bedrooms has balcony access. Bedroom 3 is the master with a cal king bed, ensuite bath, large closet, and private balcony. You have access to the entire property. This property includes two tandem garages, can fit 4 cars. The patio at the front of the property has two tables with umbrellas, enough seating for 14 and a gas grill! We are available when needed but won't bother your daily play!
