The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. The bedroom is comfortable and clean with a queen size bed. There is a dresser and a closet for all your belongings. Wood floors run throughout the unit, with tile in the kitchen and bathroom. This listing is not suited for animals or smoking. It is a pet free and smoke free listing. Guest access This is a small triplex with access to most areas. You will have access to your garage, and the laundry room. The unit itself is a nice larger unit that is open and airy. We offer parking in the single car garage space. Street parking requires a city issued parking pass during the day. Other things to note We keep our listing clean and uncluttered. In order to keep the apartment in good condition, we keep the guest numbers down per visit, and keep it non-smoking and animal free . Unregistered guests will be charged an additional $50 per night.
