Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the condo including the pool and beach access from the lobby. There is a nice patio with loungers facing the ocean on the back of the property. You will be provided with a wristband to wear throughout your stay to enter the building. Please note only registered guests with wristbands are allowed on the property for security reasons. Other things to note I’m your host, CancunNicole ®, and owner of the condo! Once you book I will send you a digital guidebook that has all the info you need for a fun trip including transportation, recommendations, and entertainment. Check out the 3 penthouses we own in this building! The Salvia, where our condo is located, was built in 1984 and is older, however its well maintained for Mexico. All of the eligible Airbnb's in the area are the same age. We chose to renovate this unit because of the incredible views and location.
