This house has a beautiful view of Ocean City, marshland with wildlife and lots of privacy. It is a 10 min boat ride or drive to Ocean City and Assateague Island. There are family-friendly activities, nightlife, shopping, community pools, golf course, tennis courts. You’ll love the 175 ft pier, crabbing, fishing, beach, bikes, waterfront kayaking, jet ski/boat dock. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Prices are negotiable off season The space Private driveway with plenty of parking. The backyard has a picnic table and 2 deck areas with chairs/tables. Guest access The entire property is available to access Other things to note Sales tax of 11%. Airbnb collects the 6% state and the owner will need to collect the additional 5% Linen rentals are available upon request however most renters bring their own towels/sheets. Please let me know how many guests and linens/towels can be requested. Beach towels are not included. During the prime summer season from mid June to Labor Day we only rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday No rentals to high school/college age groups. Must be over the age of 25 to rent
