Air Condition Cozy garden house.

A great studio in the Heart of Campbell, with walking distance to many restaurants and many boutiques in downtown Campbell. Only 12 min. to San Jose airport with out trafic. 20 min away from Levi Stadium and Six Flags Great America theme park. The famous Santana Row shopping and delicious restaurants is like a 7 min drive, and right by it we have one of the biggest malls of the bay area Westfield Valley Fair. We also have the Winchester mystery house museum across from Santana Row. The space It has a private entrance, private big kitchen, private refrigerator, private bathroom, fully furnished, with 2 different kinds of coffee machines, (Keurig machine, and the traditional kind) and also with private wifi internet. * It fits comfortably 4 people, a couple and two young kids. Or it can be a confortable for 3 if is a couple with one older kid. I can also do futon beds, we can accodate up to 5 or 6. but you have to let me know in advance. Guest access To enter the garden house you go through the righ side gate of the hguest. you will find my back yard and towers the back you will come to the private house. Other things to note Quiet neighborhood. Very easy access to Fwy 280, 880, 17, and 85. To take you to SF, or South to Santa Cruz beaches and Monterrey beaches too.
