Little Farmhouse in the City - 10 min. from SLC

Our charming little farmhouse in the city has been in our family for four generations and is fully renovated and updated. It is located 1-1/2 miles from the Freeway and is 10 minutes from Salt Lake City downtown, easily accessible to mountain trails, ski resorts (both north and south). Quiet family neighborhood with lots of restaurants, parks, shopping, recreation nearby. Fully furnished with central air and heating for your comfort. No animals allowed. NOTE: MIN. 2 NIGHT, MAX 6 NIGHT STAYS The space If you are looking for a quiet, cozy space - this is the place for you. Since parties, events and gatherings are not allowed, this will not work for you if that is your plan. Other guests have commented on how cozy and comfortable they feel here. The living room has a 50" tv with streaming and live tv and board games for your entertainment when you feel like staying in. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, you just provide the food. There is a covered patio with chairs and table with views to the west and views of the sunset. Our little farmhouse is super clean and sanitized thoroughly after each stay. Beautiful view of the mountains in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Full sized decorated tree during the holidays. Candles, incense, etc. are not allowed. Outside visitors may come over for short visits with express permission from host but NO overnight stays. No parties, events or gatherings with family or friends allowed. No more than 4 guests, adult or children. No BBQ grills, pits or open fires allowed. Animals are not allowed - no exceptions. Minimum 2 night, maximum 6 night stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and there is enough parking for 2 cars. The house is located on a large piece of property and guest access is only near the house and not in the lower part of the property where we have a small orchard and a large garden in the summertime. During the gardening and harvest season when we are working in the lower part, guests may join us to experience the process. Other things to note We provide 100% vegan & cruelty-free, paraben & sulfate -free body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The house has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. There is a pack n’ play for a baby that can be used. We do not allow animals.
