Cottage in Yachats

We love our home, and we know you will too. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture. The space If you are considering making your way to Yachats, then you know or have heard how special this town is. My family fell in love with it a decade ago, and we are excited to share it with other adventurous coasters. We remodeled our home during the summer of 2016 to reflect the cozy and unique atmosphere of Yachats. The living room and kitchen are in one large open space. The kitchen is made for cooking, with ample counter space and a gas stove. The living room is perfect for conversation, reading, enjoying the fireplace, or playing games with friends. The TV is tucked in the corner for those of you who need some time with your favorite movie or show. The living room connects with a warm and cozy sun room that boasts two comfy chairs and a loveseat in which to read, sit, or catch up with a friend. Our house offers two bedrooms, each with mattresses made locally in Washington State. You will enjoy the cozy, comfortable rooms to catch up on zzz's during your stay. We also have a wonderful daybed in the living room that sleeps one. The west side of the house includes a large porch that can be enjoyed during the warmer months or all year round for the extra warm-blooded. Please note: our home will not be a good fit for you if you are hoping to host a party or gathering of any kind. We do not permit any gatherings that include anyone not already staying at the house. The maximum occupancy for the house is four, which includes the outside spaces. Only three cars are permitted per reservation, and they all must be parked in the driveway at all times. No street parking is permitted. Violation of these rules will be reported by the neighbors and could result in our losing our short-term rental license. Guest access The whole house and yard are yours to enjoy! The shed in the back is private and should remain locked. Other things to note Unfortunately, the city of Yachats does not allow RVs to park at vacation rentals.
