Charming Lake Cottage

Our amazing lake cottage is on a all sports lake, close to South Bend, Indiana for Notre Dame Games. It is very nicely appointed, but it IS a lake house, and it is our home. We have a professional cleaner, but occasionally things might leak or an AC unit may not work perfectly. It is not the Ritz Carlton. We are very responsive! Sleeps 12 adults comfortably, has a beautiful lake view. Our house is wonderful for family and friend gathering. PLEASE Let us know if you bring a boat. The space Two large decks, lots of space for large groups. The downstairs deck is MOSTLY water proof, but occasionally leaks at the far end with heavy rain. Guest access 90' Lake front access, with Permanent Dock. We MAY be able to accommodate a boat, if you bring one. We have a large swimming area. The lake is fresh spring fed, with wonderful fishing. It's an all sports lake. We are only 27 miles from Notre Dame Stadium, great house for football weekends. Other things to note We have lots of off street parking
