There is parking for approximately 5 vehicles directly in front of the home. Trailers and extra vehicles are parked in the designated trailer parking area inside our neighborhood. This neighborhood has a small, free, community pool with kiddie pool 1/3 mile from the cabin up a very steep street. It is clean but nothing fancy. There are no lifeguards or concessions. You don't need a pass.
