Please note if you decide to use amenities you will be required to purchase each badge at $12 per day per person. Provide the receipt to us and we will reimburse for up to $100 per stay pets are 100 per pet. Most amenities are open Memorial - Labor Day Weekend.. for any amenity (outdoor pools, tennis court, etc.) is NOT ACCESSIBLE due to weather conditions, maintenance, pandemic, emergency repairs or any other circumstance “Homeowner” should not be held liable for lack of usage of above mentioned amenities and will not refund any money. Guest access You get the whole house with the back yard oasis Other things to note Since Covid we noticed that most people prefer to bring their own sheets and towels therefore we do not provide. We do have blankets and pillows. If you would like we can order sheets and towels thru our partner. They deliver there is a small charge of $14 per bed. They do not make the beds they just drop off the sheets. The community has implemented a $12 fee per person per day for use of amenities such as; pools, lake, mini golf and paddleboats. We will reimburse you (with a receipt) for up to 5 badges per day for the duration of your stay.
