The space Resort unit is 700 square feet with two private bedrooms, full bathroom with tub and shower, a general living area with a breakfast nook, and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms include one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The breakfast nook table seats four with two additional bar stool seating at the kitchen counter. All units are single story. They are situated on a six acre desert landscaped property with two pools and spas, guest laundry, BBQ areas and other resort amenities. This is a private 2-bedroom condo with a private entrance. The accommodation includes one queen bed in first bedroom, two twin beds in second bedroom, and one sleeper sofa in the living room. There is one, private bathroom. Maximum occupancy is six persons. The units have full kitchen facilities and service for six. Any additional items needed may be provided by reaching out to the front desk. The heated pool, spa and BBQ areas were just rebuilt and are now ready to fully enjoy! Unit Amenities Include: Central heat / air, dishwasher, gas stove, 3 color TV’s with remote, alarm clock, free Wi-fi Internet, telephone, microwave, and hairdryer. The resort has additional items available that are not provided in the unit; you may borrow these items from the office (first come first serve basis) such as: games/ puzzles, books, playpens, highchairs, fruit picker, etc. Resort Amenities Include: Gas BBQ’s at pool areas, laundry facility on site, 2 outdoor pools & spas (pools are heated), horseshoe pits, tether ball, covered patio picnic area, free Wi-Fi (code provided in room), two courtesy desktop computers with printers in the lobby.
