You'll be just a few minutes from the cold blue waters of Shaver Lake, a perfect summer destination for boating, kayaking, and swimming, and 16 miles from the Ponderosa-lined hiking trails of Dinkey Creek. In the winter, bundle up and hit the ski slopes at China Peak. Surrounded by towering pines and sloping hills, this charming home lets you savor the great outdoors even when you're not out exploring! Parking notes: 3 vehicles in summer - 2 vehicles during winter the driveway is blocked and can only park in front of the chains or around the corner on Pond Road to the left-hand side. No parking on the street during winter months due to snow removal. We recommend to all guests to utilize Sierra Marina for a wet slip and/or trailer parking. Security camera details: There are three active, exterior security cameras at the front door, back deck, and garage. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
