Please note that the pool, backyard and the surrounding area is NOT open to Airbnb guests but for permanent residents only. Smoking is not allowed inside the premises. It is only allowed in the small area close to the entrance steps at the back. Make sure that the main door is closed when smoking. PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES CAREFULLY.
