Franconia Hiking & Ski Lodge - No Cleaning Fee!

Welcome to the Franconia Lodge! Don’t pass up on this lovely private property in Franconia. Bring your family and friends for a weekend in the heart of the White Mountains, nestled in the woods off a winding dirt road adjacent to the river. The cabin is located across the street from Gale River and close to Franconia Notch State Park, Crawford Notch, minutes from Cannon Mountain and close to multiple other ski mountains, hiking trails, breweries, and many other attractions! The space Spend the day relaxing by the river or lounging on the back deck. Warm up to a cup of hot cocoa after a day of hitting the slopes or exploring the scenic White Mountain National Forest. Enjoy the cool nights surrounded by pine walls playing board games and reminiscing with family & friends. Don't miss out on this unique style home! NOTE TO RENTER The house is best suited for a maximum of 6 adults. If you have a larger group with children, the cabin is suited for up to 8. Please reach out if youhave a group of 8 to discuss options! We have these requirements set to ensure you and your group have the best experience possible! Please note we do not allow pets of any kind. This is a pet free environment for a variety of reasons and it isn't based on how small or well behaved your pet is. On the MAIN FLOOR you will find an open floor plan for entertainment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests. The connected family room is excellent for additional eating space and entertaining! It has a TV with Roku streaming Netflix, HBO, Hulu, YouTube, and more (please bring personal log-ins). Unfortunately, the wood stove is not available for use. The MASTER BEDROOM is situated on the main floor and has direct access to the bathroom and shower. UPSTAIRS is a loft for additional lounging and sleeping space. The loft has two queen beds, both accessible to the second bathroom. Panel room dividers are available for addiitonal privacy. There is also a stereo with a collection of CDs to explore. There are two BATHROOMS in the cabin. There is one shower in the main floor bathroom and one tub in the loft area bathroom. The FINISHED BASEMENT includes one queen bed and a crib for additional sleeping. Down here there space for a play area that includes a couch, kids' toys, a high chair, and safety gate for the little ones! OUTSIDE on the covered and screened front porch you will find additional lounging space for relaxation and entertaining. The side deck offers a propane fueled Weber grill. The yard also has a small firepit! THE AREA provides lots of summer and winter attractions. Multiple ski mountians are within a 25 minute drive. Snow tubing, the Woodstock Ice Caves, winter biking, snow shoeing, and dog sledding are not far either! Summer attractions include White Mountain Hiking and many other Franconia Notch wonders (the Flume Gorge, the Basin, Echo Lake Beach, Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway, etc.). The cabin is accessible to Littleton, Lincoln, and Bethlehem for shopping, dining, and entertainment! Don't miss out on this perfect location and getaway! Enjoy! We have neighbors that have asked us to respect the peace and serenity of the mountains! Guests must be 21 years or older. Exception apply to families or groups with children.
